Returns and Refund Policy

At Vital First Aid International, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for our First Aid kits and other items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
You received the wrong product.
The product is in its original, unopened packaging.

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used first aid kits, medical supplies, or training materials unless they are faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at vitalfirstaidint@gmail.com with:

Your full name and order number
The reason for your return
Clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
The 30% international shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error. This fee will be calculated and deducted from the cost of the item before a refund is processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used First Aid kits and consumables
Downloadable or digital training resources
Gift cards or promotional items

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or details to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
