This STINGS pack contains the most essential items you will need to help deal with insect, plant or jellyfish stings.  Always remember: In the case of a bee sting, do not try remove the sting with your fingers or tweezers, use the sting card to scrape it off the skin. We recommend doing a recognised First Aid course so that you are prepared for any situation.
