This CPR pack contains the most essential items you will need to help a non-responsive casualty whose breathing is not normal or is absent. Always remember: call an ambulance immediately and request a defibrillator, and then start CPR (30 compressions to 2 rescue breaths) until the ambulance arrives. CPR techniques for adults, children and infants are different, so we recommend doing a recognised First Aid course so that you are prepared for any situation.
